Prices in U.S. dollars. We are a German business, so no U.S. sales tax and no German VAT is charged on services to a U.S. business.
The three questions everybody asks
Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name and your business address, not ours, and that is true from the first day. We hold no hostage. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, you ask and we release it.
What does a change cost?
Nothing, within the time your package includes. A new phone number, a service you have stopped offering, a price that went up, photographs from last week's job: email them over and they are live the same day. The monthly time is there so you use it, not so we can bill you when you do.
What happens if I cancel?
The site goes with you. You get the files and the domain, and we help you move them to whoever comes next. On Starter and Complete the build is already paid for, so nothing is owed. On Care the minimum term is 24 months, because the build is spread across it; after that you can stop at a month's notice and the price drops, since you are no longer paying off the build.
And one nobody asks, which matters more
What happens when something breaks at seven in the morning? You email or call, and you get the person who built it. There is no ticket number, no first level, and no queue. We are six hours ahead of Florida, which in practice means we are already at work when you are.
